I think I will try both of these and maybe one will get finished! Had the Eliminator kit sitting around just staring at me and found the little Rat Fink driver from the old Revell Rat Fink in a Ford Lotus slot car kit while looking for stuff to do with the Eliminator. No slot car though so I might as well use him on something.

Okay - the Fink Eliminator is now going to be Mad Modeler Fink. He won't be sitting on the ground anymore so I have some new Rat Fink feet for him with some Weird-ohs knees. Also going to remove that area in the mouth sides and delete the "eliminator" name on the back of his shirt. Also have to remove his big wood mallet from his hand. webster bank hours near me

Okay - now the mouth is all routed out with a new inside made. The mallet is gone and replaced with a paint brush and a small tube of glue is in his other hand. Will add a Weird-oh tongue and the hair from an old Lindberg "Fiend". Next I will work on the knees and feet.

Made a bench for him to sit on and a table to work at. Added his knees and feet. Now he can work on models instead of smashing them and blowing them up with a cherry bomb.

Guess I will call this one Unidentified Flying Fink. Been wanting to do a hot rod flying saucer so now is the time.

I chose an engine better suited for this project from a Roarin' Rail and some exhaust pipes from a Groovy Grader. Plus a little hot rod skull hood ornament. The fan belt cover is from the parts box - don't know what kit that came from but I have had it for decades. Now on to the putty work.

Finished the base coats on the messy mad modeler and weathered up his table top a bit with paint stains and coffee mug rings. Thought I would use this old Road Agent resin key chain for his model to keep it all in the Roth family. Next up is all the detail painting on him. He is very bright - we will see if the detailing knocks it down a bit.
