While I was castin' stuff for the Firebird I cast tires for the Camaro. I was happy when the minilites worked out good but, when on the car I don't like the front ones. I'm goin' to open up one of the the front tires to take the same wheels that are on the rear to take a look.

A swing and a miss...Strike two...To me now there is an allusion that the front wheel is bigger than the rear wheel. Found a couple rings in the parts bin that are in between DW rims

That's really not that bad , if you leave it like that nobody else will notice . If you can reduce the diameter of the orange ring it would look perfect !

I suggest painting the tires and wheels. If the wheels were painted Alclad chrome or polished aluminum and the tires rubber. This would give a fresh perspective on this combo. Bet it works !!!!..........cheers.

I made time today to work on models. Until today I was just stickin' the tires under the Camaro and Firebird. Today was chassis day for both builds.
