For the first time ever I want to build a Deals Wheels without modifin' anything. So in between buildin' the Chaparral Camaro,Rockford Firebird and buildin' a hobby paint booth I dug out a water damaged Funster FunBird kit . The decals from this kit are damaged and I'm not crazy about black cars so I'm not sure on color yet. Cheers,Smokey  |

We had a 96 Formula convertible dark metallic green with tan interior. It was my wifes midlife deal that I also enjoyed...Im leanin that way...Cheers,Smokey

I have always love Trans Am... started that inspiration when i was young as my mom and dad went for car shopping. Saw a 81, brand new... it was a bandit edition and I had wanted my mom to buy one. She did want one but the money was limited so she bought a Grand Prix. Up until now, I still have the passion to own this particular car especially the turbo one with a screaming bird on hood..  Dunno if I will ever own one someday in the future, as I am hoping. I am also working on one right now on and off.... I hope to complete soon. Smokey, Maybe the Forest Green is the best choice color for the car along with tan interior and maybe a tan color like Screaming bird. There isn't much goin' on here in the WIP area so I'll post this...I'm tryin' not to but, I just have to modify things if only a little...I tucked the tires in a little...had a can of Testors Firey Orange around so I shot it.  |

Seems like there is always a big slowdown the last half of April . . . taxes ?  I know how you feel about tryin' not to modify anything , I can't do it either ! I don't think ticking in the tires should count !  |

A little progress...painted the interior,another mini me(with a baseball hat)...I have a habit of pointin' to friends when I see them on the road so heatin' and bendin' the one finger fit right in...  |
