Hey guys, I finally got the Trans Um under knife... going through botox facelift surgery I decided to make it with a shaker hood and want to create an early version of 70s car with bandit style.. which is what I have in my mind... I might change a design, havent decided yet. took formula scoops out... adding the sheet on over.. need some guideline so i leave the middle part to help set up the level part.. Finally set that up and all glue set on the hood, gonna sand really good making it smooth but needs some support under the hood... Getting there, increasing more strength and then will prim top and sand to smooth up the surface... MOre coming soon

Your wheels look great. I also battled with the wheels on my Camaro project. To me the Deals Wheels front wheels/tires look way better with the bigger diameter wheels like you did. Your hood is awesome too. Cheers,Smokey

I am currently working on something new... I will not mention what it will be unless I know for sure I have succeed in that part. It will be almost all scratch built. It will be DWNW... just started that project and will be juggling these two projects in the mean time Once I finally got them working then I will create a new thread for this. Or I will call it a BUST if it doesn't work.

I really like the Firebird and Camaro DW kits. Also like the way you're thinkin'. I'm buildin' a Trans Um "out of the box" with very little modifications to sit along side of the modified ones. It's difficult refrainin' myself. So for me please narrow the sides of the front spoiler and add the missin' piece of the fenders that's between the spoiler and the front tires...Haha.. Cheers,Smokey

I just narrowed the front spoiler and it did came out pretty good.. I will be posting up the pics on that soon.. I have to adjust something with the shaker hood... having to maybe tilt some what up and the back down a little... still working on it..
