Got a bunch more finished yesterday. Lowered the rear end on the super drag and put old fashioned pie crust slicks on instead of the dual tires it had. Also will be using a 60's style scoop to better match the style of the dragster. On the super VW I decided to use a 1/25 scale turbine from the MPC Lotus STP Turbine Indy car for the power. Put some mirrored side windows in and finished up the body details. On the old Ford I had to search all day for matching big and little wheels and I put the grille on.

Finished the Turbine VW and the 48 Ford so I posted them over on the finished section. Going to put off the super drag for a few days.

While digging through some junk I found this T bucket body in my Road Runner box. It is bigger than the Road Runner T but I like the top on it. It is a Lindberg 1/32 kit - seems to look like a zinger to me with those rear tires! Might as well try to finish this one also.

Looks the same as the kit I used for my Breakneck Bucket, but I was going for a hybrid Zinger/Tom Daniels Snapper build. It could be great build up... size-wise - more like one of the Super Zinger kits (Corvette, Fired Up).
