had wondered if you painted the chrome on the body wheel trim? or used bare metal ? Painted … and I actually went back and touched up a couple areas around the wheel well .. I did foils Around the front and rear window and did it AFTER the glass was installed which was a little tricky |

Putting bare foil on the window trim after installing the glass, definitely is tricky and I can relate to that as I like to challenge that. For the wheel trim.. took me time to figure out and it's not by a brush but with something that holds paint together on a " q-tip " end and slide it around.. its a challenge. Thanks for getting me thinking. 👍

A beautiful blue version of one of my favorite DW kits.
My peeve with this one and the Phony Car was that the chrome front and rear areas always looked painted or foiled.
You, my friend, have corrected that amazingly!
