That is such an improvement over what comes out of the box! I do wonder why whoever was in charge of tooling up the kit deviated so far from TD's artwork? Granted, all the Deals Wheels tyres/ wheels were generic (depending on whether the kit was strip or street!) but I can't see any reason why, for example, the tall blower couldn't have been tooled up? Surely Revell weren't bothered about the tiny extra amount of plastic it would involve?

Most of the DW kits are fairly true to the artwork but the Zzzzz28 has always bothered me , don't know why it's so wrong . Even the body looks wrong to my eye . |

Reproducing box art on real cars is tough enough, but even tougher (I think) on cartoon cars.
