Bart Simpson from a HELLER kit
A simple kit to assemble but found it hard to paint because I wanted to put in shading as I am also a die hard figure painter, can you say " Napoleonics." Finish is acrylics then rattle can automotive clear.
Bart's base is a plastic 'petrie' dish filled in with a ployfilla mix then top coated with an acrylic texture medium that replicates a cement like surface.
The graffitti was copied from a skate park and airbrushed on
