I have been working on and off on a 57 chevy... I am involved with two committees for a huge event in my home area where I have to go for meetings and stuff... a lot went on .. along with that, I painted a picture in watercolor and then had them printed up ... started marketing... went overwhelmed with the demands of people at a certain area so I am trying to juggling my time for building a chevy.. and is about halfway done... and yet have to spend time painting, revising the parts around the car. Oh man.. am busy this year. I keep on checking any news here as often as I could ... and always love hearing ideas or creativity being made here.. Keep on building and I will join sometimes soon  |

I've got a Trans Um glue-bomb I've been re-working movie-theme style (but definitely not along the lines of tooold's Bandit One ) Been poking around at it for about a year, and I fear I've misplaced some of the early scratch pieces  . And a 57 Zinger that keeps falling into the pond. |

Thanks for starting this thread...I have started the Funster Version of the "Stink Ray"....I have been in a model building hiatus for a short bit,and I will use this as a slump buster!!!!! I spray paint outdoors,and it has finally started to warm up enough to get back into building some projects! I am going to build the Funster Vette like the original Revell kit pictured below. Todd

NO worries Todd .. I haven't touched a thing model wise for several months .. trying to get "life" things under control and I'm gaining !!. all in good time.. that's what's so cool about THIS little board of ours.. a nice quaint place.. not a ton of traffic or drama just guys building cool car-toon type stuff when the urge strikes !.. I love this place and every participating member on board ...

I am SLOWLY working on a Baja Humbug restoration, a Paddy Wagon and a Bugaboo .With everything going on with the family right now I'm happy with any progress !

One issue after another on my l'il Funster Vette. Stripped the body of a bad painting mishap.I thin cleaned 'er up real good,reprimed it and saw even more imperfections in the little Vette body that the primer brought out! Doh!!!!! Such a simple little kit should not be this frustrating! Musta been a Monday molded Funster Vette!
So,I am shelving it for now.I may go back and finish my "Trans Um" project that I started on years ago.Right now,I just need a break from the Vette!
