Well, just as you thought it was safe to get back in the water..... Lou got a custom stogie (sculpy, the kit piece was too skinny) and a silly straw cooler made from a bic pen and a striped paper clip. His hair and soul patch had some putty work to add texture. The exhaust flames are craft store mini xmas lights with some painted 2-part epoxy smears added. From the looks of the underside, he's had a few run-ins. Not his fault, of course. Happy boating!!!!

Great paint job, I like the eyes. And the woodwork on top of the bow . Also the Christmas lamps for flames is a neat idea ! Whoa . . . 2000 HP !

These kits leave plenty of opportunity for add-ons and individual styling. Some guys like to use a bright and garish color scheme on 'em. I'm more into giving 'em grimy-weird look.
There is one detail I was waiting for a comment on. Bob was close.
