This was a "joint" project between Me and my wife, JulieG. It is based on a band,,"The Band Of Heathens" out of Austin Texas, who we have enjoyed meeting their last two visits through Chicago. They have an "Eyeball theme" on a couple of their records artwork. They tour relentlessly around the world.
Started with the "Von Franc0" Eye Gone Wild kit. Pretty basic kit. Only chromed parts are the wheels and valve covers. So the rest is Alclad. Hallowed out the intakes a little. The roof tears are are straight up so we bent them a little more for "character".
Bought some little plastic guitars, made drumsticks carved out of toothpicks. The drum was a X-mas ornament with added custom made decal.
Other musical instruments are from the Raiders Coach. We made some small playing cards, musical notes, wired the engine and added clear red tail lights, red glass & dice.
The firewall is cut from a coffee can "peel away" lid.
The rear end is "wired down" to pop a wheelie!
The "Smoke" is from my wife's Beauty salon's cotton coil for perms which is a little finer than cotton balls. Made the other decals ourselves. One week Build!

Got to say this is not my Favorite model but I have changed my mind when I saw what you did with it! This looks great! I think it looks so good in white (It looks like my 1934 Plymouth it too is white) so I guess that's another reason it really caught my eye. Super great work and please let your wife know she did a nice job too!
