Cartoon flames/smoke

Does anyone know where one can find 1/24-1/25 scale header flames or smoke cast in Resin. There use to be a place called Reliable Resin that had some, but I heard not to buy anything from him. he will take your money but will no deliver. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok.. Found this duplicate post so I'm answering both !
Yes stay away from Reliable Resin ... One way to replicate smoke is to take 2-part expoxy putty and nead it together.. Then break it into small pieces and roll into little balls.. Keep in mind it takes a lot but once they are jointed and painted they make for some cool effects !!

Starryeyes, thanks for the info. About the duplicate post, I don't know what happened there. My computer has been doing some funky things. Time for a replacement

I too wondered where I could find such an animal. I thought I saw a post somewhere that a modeler used frosted Christmas lights he got from a craft store. I couldn't find the post. I was just on that auction site looking for some decals, and a suggestion popped up - multi colored flames in 1/24, 1/25 scale, about 2+ inches long. Yes indeed, Starryeyes is correct about the 2 part epoxy. I made a set for my next toon model of which I still have to build. It's on the drawing board tho before I forget about it.
