Every time, I start to build something.....WOW what a great idea. Someone starts your great idea. I find a Grail, pay up the yin yang and it gets reissued. Come On!

It happens to all of us ! If it's a build idea that you find some body has already done , I'd build it anyway and maybe mention the other one in your post . After all there's only so many ways to build a Go-Mad without duplicating another build . . . so go for it ! As for reissues , I have a list of kits you can build right away ! PLEASE !  |

I feel your pain ! It does seem like I have helped the hobby out by buying old kits so they can be reissued . Since I got back into the hobby ,there have been many kits that went for crazy big prices since the molds for the kits were destroyed, lost..etc . The Tijuana Taxi for instance regularly sold for well over $100.00 I never had the kind of money to buy one of those rare kits, but over the years I managed to pick up gluebombs and do my best at restoring them. After spending all the time and effort, I can now buy these kits for less then I paid for the old glued up messes ! It seems many molds reappeared . So far I've restored these now easy to buy kits :
Glitter Bug
Gomad Nomad
57 Chevy
Tirebird
Tijuana Taxi
Rommel's Rod
Street Fighter
Dragon Wagon
Jinx Express
On the positive side, I have restored a Bug Bomb and a Baja Humbug , so the odds are good they will reissue them too ! LOL

It happens .. it never fails in the reissue department .. I'm always getting hosed brother so don't feel bad !! And you know the old saying regarding someone else building your ideas ??
