I did grab a couple over the years but stripped one for parts for another project.. I used them to build the "unofficial Pace Car" using the VA-VA Vette.. I'm not a huge fan of diecast but I couldn't help myself on a few of these ... !

Oh yeah , I've got a bunch of the 1/64th Muscle Machines ! When I saw them a few years ago I went crazy and just kept buying them , just couldn't resist them !  |

I have gotten a couple of muscle machines in 1 18 scale but selective.. Didnt get to buy a lot... I would say about 10 or so.. which is all I went for. Yet I do have quite a handful of 1/64. I also have a box full of antique matchbox cars which has been sitting since 1970s. I thought about diecasts as I bought a few and realized its a lot to collect so I decided to pick a few and stick to model car building which I can do more creating styles.

The only one I ever got was a 66 Charger which came out of a set of them my son got for his birthday years ago. Its even got that factory metallic grey/ rose paint on it. I DO collect old Hot wheels though and I'm a little envious of some you have !!

Well,there's quite a few on ebay, but they ain't cheap! Geez! I'll have to peruse the flea markets in the future and look for some more. Don, I have most of my Hot Wheels and all of my Matchbox cars from when I was a kid. I did the diecast collecting thing pretty heavy back in the 80's, then sold most of it in the 90's when I built my 1:1 32' ford. (now gone too....) I kept most of my Redlines and the stuff I really liked, and I still pick up stuff I like now and then. (mostly hot rods or show rods) I'll pass them on to my son to enjoy. I guess I just love toys....
