Hello from the Isle of Man!

Thanks to an invite from Chuck, they've rashly allowed me on board! Some of you might know me from other sites but by way of background:

- I'm 58
- Semi-retired
- I've been building kits since I was about 5, although building them well came a lot later
- I live on the Isle of Man which is a little slice of self-governed heaven between the UK and Ireland
- These days I mainly build old school drag and rod stuff, bikes of any shape or size, Cartoon subjects and I'm just beginning to accumulate material for a steampunk diorama
- I've been building and modifying (which is not to be confused with improving) full size bikes for over 40 years
- There will be a slow trickle of previous builds coming along shortly - promise

And with that, I'm heading back to the bench - those kits won't build themselves!

Hi Brizio. I've built and test ridden race bikes but never done the actual racing bit - my sense of self preservation is just too strong!
