I’ve hydro dipped a receiver for an AR-15. It was more a slow and steady thing .. pretty cool stuff , I may have to add this is a future build just to have one .

I use the Testors bottle method with room temperature water that has a measure of Boraxo detergent in it. The swirls usually have less texture than the spray can method.
