Did all of the Deals Wheels models have different driver figures? It would be cool just to see all of the different drivers.

I am pretty sure there are about each different drivers for each models. Except the ferd and mailbu. It would be nice if we can create a model for these two models.

The Baja Humbug and Mclapper drivers are the same , the Mclapper driver has a face shield on his helmet . The Gomad Nomad and the 57 cHevy drivers are the same too , but they are basically the same kit anyway.

I agree with Don. A couple, like the Glitter Bug, Baja Humbug/Bug Bomb, and Van Man have upper body parts as well, and lucky Lucky Pierre got a whole body. Pity the Funny Car drivers, tho, they fell out  Funny you should ask, 'cause I had collected a set of heads from unbuilt kits in order to do a casting (have yet to create the mold, tho). At this point, for myself (and a some others), it's about creating variations of them for the modified builds and DW Never Was versions. |

yeah I agree with you, don.... I thought for a moment.. and yes I do see these two similar faces in chevy... two in baja humbug and mclapper... strange the chevys have same frame and everything under and inside the car. just the body that's different  ... I think the same applies to inner part of the mailbu and ferd. I also thought the same body for lil herbie and funster vw bug... yet all the VWs bug, lil herbie, and van have the same headlights.. I use some extra to fix the others as well |

I had hopes of SOMEDAY casting a pair of funnycar drivers for the Ferd Phony & Super Spurt .. the holdup is that my artistic ability in creating a "funny" driver isn't cooperating .. lol.. I have a larger scale Big Daddy Don Garlits and Shirley Muldowny I was going to display with if all else falls through ...

I want to modify a drivers head and there are a few DW drivers that im not familiar with. Could someone post a picture of the McLapper drivers face for me to see it? I dont have one of those kits. I want to see if that would be a better one to start with compared to the ones that I have. Thanks,Smokey

Wow...Thanks for your time and the quick reply...He's not goin' to work for what I'm doin' though. The DW funky hair,noses and mustaches are makin' what I want to do kind of difficult.

I modified the driver to the left and added a cute passenger, she lost a bit of plastic but fits. Also included some beach toys

I remember seeing this build ! Love the beach toys and she looks great in the passenger seat.. really adds a lot of cool factor !!
