More progress .. prepping.. sanding, smoothing out seams with a little 3-M acryl-green spot putty .. great stuff non-shrink .. now to primer the body parts and get ready for paint !!  |

Thought I'd post up one more picture of today's progress... amazing how many dips-do's there were in these older kits!! Majority of the spot putty has been sanded off and smoothed up.. maybe some paint tomorrow (?) we shall see !!  |

Never seen this kit go together before , it looks like a nice kit . |

Alpha Century UFO. 2 full models come in each boxed kit,,, but not the one I got off amazon, Had only one 17 piece full kit. Amazon sent me a new kit, but I thought this challenge was a great chance to get this lonely UFO flying.   |

It's a pretty decent little kit Bob.. a few things to massage but all fixable ... things like uneven fit when joining engine halves together .. the normal stuff ..lol

Got a layer of IH red sprayed on.  And then a coat or two of the John Deere yellow.  And now we wait. |
