I heard 'bout this stuff from one of the guys in a model group that I'm in. One end is the applicator and the other is a UV light to cure the stuff. He likes it for windows. I don't know what brand his is and he got his online from the Far East. I saw it at Bed,Bath,Bored and Beyond with my wife in the "As Seen On TV" section. I tested it on some roughened sprue (at arrow)and it didn't have much strength. Then ran a bead across more aluminum foil and peeled off. It feels like 30 minute epoxy at 25 minutes but,not sticky. Then I drill a shallow .030" hole in the end of sprue and on flat piece. Its no where as strong as styrene glue. I used it on the Glitter Bug windshield to body and on bottom of headlites where the tab came through the body. It sets quick. like in seconds. It ain't cheap $19.99 but if it has an OK shelf life I like it. We'll see.

Here I squzz a drop out to see. Exacto # 11 for size comparison. It has a consistency similar to Testors tube glue but not stringy.
