The Birds

HiYa Toonsters!

I have started the sillysurfers (on my 3rd) and want to do a separate piece with only the birds. As the holidays creep in I will have less time and space for large scale projects. ( nothing big until Jan ) The birds are a perfect solution for me. Small enough and minimal tools required, easy to travel with. Right now I only have the 3 birds with a least one more on it's way. Do y'all know of any spare birds? if so send me a message, lets make a deal.
Look at me trying to talk y'all out of birds on a week like this.


So with that I say,,

Bird is the word!


You can see I started the pelicans but I don't like the colors, not sure if I can use the crows and I had fun with the seagull already. Ya I think he is done for now.

All my birds will have a pacific theme to them and I need to  think of what they are all gathered around. I'm sure it will come to me.

I am thinking of making the birds a tide pool diorama; I need to practice a bit more dioramaing before pushing forward. I did get the 4th bird and a fish, so there's some fun!

Might I suggest an abandoned beach blanket, beer cans, and food wrappers that the birds have raided.

maybe make a copy of frito corn chip into a paper and create a bag thats empty. These birds loves them.

age of 10 I was given a Frito sweatshirt, thing looked like a giant bag of chips. AWESOME!
was my favorite for a long time.
Looked just like this one on ebay
