This has GOT to be the worst garage poured kit in history!! TexFX made a ton of weirdo-type casts several years ago.. the joining parts almost fit after hours and hours of sanding.. once sanded you start the filling process on all the jointed areas .. sheesh if this wasn’t such a cool subject I would have shucked this in file 13 years ago ... BUT .. I’M ALWAYS UP FOR A GOOD CHALLENGE!! So here we go -

Well a little more progress today .. I went with a set of Richard Carroll tires to give it more of a skateboard appearance ... red to replicate roller skate wheels with gold wheels.. the head assembly consisted of numerous poor fitting pieces but sanding and fitting paid off and things are looking brighter to take me soon to the finish line.. last pic I’m holding the head in place while expoxy dries .. I went with the bright color choices to better represent the bright airbrushed colors on the monstershirts back in the 60’s

👍👍 Man! That dude is UGH-lee! Nice teeth though 😊
Nailed the board and wheels Chuck, at least from what I remember from my boarding days- gold wheels & trucks, red tires. Can't wait to see it all together.... I think 😄

I also have Tex’s “Hotrod Hootenanny” with 4 figures which will be equally challenging..I may take a little break after this one and build a couple “out of box” kits ...
