This is one of the most fun kits to build . A few years ago I had a resin version which was bulky, clumsy to assemble to the point of having to pin all the joints. .. so instead of leaving it in retirement or passing this one one down line I decided I would treat myself and build it.... For the technology in 1965 the fitment of the parts are relatively good and most of all the resembles the box art which in past years seems to have gotten misconstrued between artist and manufacture ... Sub-assemblies are complete and now time for seams to be prepped , filled before primer. .. |

Smoothed seams .. first color coat on figure .. .also I used Citadel flats for the base followed by clear flat .. |

A little detailing on the tires .. just sprayed with lusterless flat so they will not be shiny when dry ! Attachments:

Looking great so far,Chuck! I saw that resin kit recently as well,little out of my building -(and price)-comfort zone.I'm a styrene building guy,haven't messed with resin building yet.Maybe one of you can post a resin tutorial or a link to one (in another thread of course!).
