Thanks guys ! I've been busy doing bodywork on both Elvira and the Macabre Mobile , lots of work but not much to show . Here's Elvira . After filling in the joints I had to redo her hair around the shoulders . I also added the sleeves and moved her fingers a bit on her shifter hand . Still needs some finish work .  For the Macabre Mobile I added the steering . The front suspension will be visible so it needed some added detail .  This morning I couldn't resist putting it up on four wheels to see how she looks ! I'm thinking of leaving the front bumper off and adding a Moon tank and some fangs .   |

Been thinking about making some kind of display so I picked up these trinkets at the store . Not sure if I'll use them or even have time to do anything but you never know .   |

Fabbed some headers over the weekend . Pretty simple , just tape four lengths of solder together and super glue one end together . The super glue holds okay but I always add more tape to the end just in case , then start bending the solder to form the header tubes . It can be tricky when you have to match up to exhaust ports on an engine but in this case it wasn't an issue . Then taper the collector end with a file and slip a piece of tubing onto it .   TA DA !   |

Been tinkering with the engine , and I managed to get some paint on the Macabre Mobile . Also found a steering wheel that I bought for a long forgotten project . . . at least it wasn't a total waste of money .  |

Thanks ! I was going to spray some clear on the satin black but that 99 cent can of paint laid down a really nice finish , plus it hides my bodywork ! |

Still here . . . looks like the only one here .  Finished the engine . They're hard to see but I found some tiny bats that fit nicely on the valve covers .  Trick Or Treat !   And I'm starting to paint Elvira , doing a little trim work before going crazy with the black paint .  |

Got some chores around the yard to do this week but I should be wrapping this up pretty soon . Need to find a little chrome skull I stashed somewhere to make a shifter , finish the steering wheel , and then paint Elvira's face . . . that should be fun .  Looks like I'll have time to do a small Halloween diorama after all ! |
