Deal's Ferd Phoney Car resto

I got this from Chuck over 5 years ago as a gluebomb rebuilder . It was missing some pieces and it took a long time to find them so I didn't start rebuilding until a few months ago. As you can see it was rough , missing parts ,broken glass -even the body had melt marks from glue and a chunk of the rear bumper was broken off (thanks to Chuck for saving the piece ! ) so I had to paint it ; Many thank to modelcarfan who supplied me with many of the missing parts including the headers and Hotwheels Bob who made the reproduction decals.

Thanks for the compliments ! This one did take some time to build, most of the time it was one piece a night, propped up in some way so it lined up right, let the glue dry hard and work on the next part the next day.The headers were the worst, the plastic is so brittle on these kits and all the pipes had broken off the header panel and there was glue all over them.

Just started the tear down of my Super Spurt to restore ; hopefully I can finally have all the Deal's cars completed - Does anyone have a spare set of decals for one or know where one could be had ?
