This was gonna be my Halloween contest build. But at the time I was very busy working on my Daughters house,so not much time for modeling. So now I'm back at the bench working on Mr. Gasser in a 55 Chevy.I painted the 55 with Tamiya camel yellow.The decals I got from firebird design on ebay. Mr.Gasser was hand painted with craft paints and airbrushed with some black to bring out all the details.The wheels were painted black at the openings. The tires were flat clear coated. Feels good to be back at the bench! More soon! Thanks for looking!    |

Did you spray Dull-Cote on the acrylic before airbrushing the black ?

Thanks guys  We had some rainy weather here in Philly yesterday.So i spent most of my time down here in the model room finishing the Mr. Gasser build. I had a lot of fun kit bashing these two kits. I already have plans for the next one,can't wait to start that one! Thanks for the nice comments guys,I really appreciate it.    |
