I've pondered this one for a while, and since I'm working from home, why not now.
I'm combining two of my interests, Batmobiles and cartoonish cars.
Starting with these two:
Well, actually, just the nose from the re-issued Batmobile.
Seems to have grafted on well enough.
Lots to do.

Decided to go Snapper style on the wheels, so I needed to cast some up:
Backs from the Street Cleaner, fronts from the Super Taxi (they're a meatier than the Cleaner's).

Did some Milliput sculpting to transform Mr. Gasser into a more suitable driver:
Had to remove his original ears, tho. This was before smoothing.
Of course, heavy styrene sheet for the bat tips.
And the car got some for filler, as well.
The rear bumper is glued on, an will give me the extra fin to carve out the tail points. And some additional half-round trim.

Here's a quick little mockup:
The windscreen is from some diecast comics Batmobile that had seen better days.
Had to trim about a quarter inch off the back keep the Bat-maniac space.
Yep, that's his name.  Maybe in his "Big Batty Rothmobile"?

The Batty-Mobile got primered:
I like it in flat black, but alas, I plan to try to make use of some of the Polar Lights decals.
The ones that came with the blue box Batmobile kit were a bit frustrating.
Hopefully, this purple box set will stand up to water.

Holy graftsmanship batman, looking good. Don't be afraid of removing teeth to paint the mouth cavity, easy to make and add after.
