Built this Bart Simpson about 8 years ago. He seemed a bit lost so I gave him some skate board park. This Heller figure was easy to build but tough to finish. Getting his hair/head top to behave (a fine line would always appear. Gave him a gloss finish cuz he is a cartoon.
