Hello fellow modelers ! I have been tossing some ideas around back and forth . Through the advice of members Bob and I have discussed sprucing the place up a bit .. look for updates coming in the future .. we plan on a little housekeeping, sprucing things up for easier posting. DETAILS IN THE UPCOMING WEEKS !

A few days ago Chuck called me with an idea . "Let's create a board where members can post other types of models besides Toons , the stuff that interests them when not building Toons ."
We discussed the idea and also ways to reorganize the Car-Toons Board . Chuck gave me the green light so here we go !
In the next day or two I'll be merging some boards and moving some around on the home page . For example the "Finished Car-Toons" and "Finished Toons" boards will become "Finished Car-Toons and All Other Toons", so Silly Surfers will now be in the same place as Deal's Wheels . The same thing will happen to the WIP boards , this should simplify where to post your model . These boards will be moved to the top of the home page .
Also the two boards "Post What's On Your Mind" and "General Board" will be merged .
We're also adding Diecasts to the list of what can be posted on the Car-Toons Board . There are Hot Wheels - Johnny Lightning - Muscle Machines and others that can be called Toons and some of you like to modify them into your own creations . These and any other diecast that you modify can now be posted in the Finished and In-Progress boards !
And finally the really big change , a new board for models that you build that are not Toons ! It will be called "Other Interests" and is a place for you to show everybody the '32 Fords or P-51's that you enjoy building . This board will be for "Members Only". If somebody registers and then starts posting a bunch of models to this board he will be banned , Period . We are still the Car-Toons Board and intend to stay that way , this is just a way for members to get to know each other better .
So that's it . When finished it will look a little different when you log in , but hopefully everyone will quickly get used to it and it will be easier to use .
