I'll be posting all of the prizes available in the coming weeks but I wanted to share a couple donations that I recently received .
First is a Dave Deal autographed Zzzzz28 . In 1998 Dave Deal received several cases of Zzzzz28's from Revell and promptly signed all of the kits for his fans , this kit came from a case that Trey Wright received from Dave . This kit is still sealed but has buckled slightly along one side and the autograph is slightly worn .
The second kit I received is a Japan issue of the Trans-Um Firebird . The member that donated this received it as a gift from Dave Fisher who was the new products manager at Revell in the '60s and '70s and worked for him creating new die-casts at Intex where he met and worked with Dave Deal who was doing freelance projects there . Sadly Dave Fisher passed a few months ago . This kit is in near "mint" condition !
Both of these kits would make a great addition to somebody's Deal's Wheels collection .
