This is my take on a diorama of a cartoon racing dune buggy. The kit used was the Deals Wheels Glitter Bug kit which I modified the driver, decals, German helmet and I wired the engine. I scratch built the snake and buzzard out of wire and black Crayola clay and the saguaro cactus from wooden dowels and did a bit of light weathering with the desert base...

Creating a little world for these cool old kits to "live in" just adds so much! Looking at the overhead angle, sort of surprised me. From the other camera angles, the base "seems bigger" than it apparently really is. Very cool!

Your bright orange Baja Bug is pretty sharp too , I really like how the whole build turned out ! I've only done one diorama for my models but you've shown that they can be compact and still effective , I may try it again !
