Is this an original issue or reissue kit? I like how you put yellow on antenna making it look like it has plastic cover to prevent rusting nice work.

Thanks guys. No I don't see many Hot Wheels here in the UK. Oroginal? I couldn't see from the box or instructions, only that we don't see enough of them, any cartoon cars/planes etc in the UK.

I believe the oringal ones is molded in blue color ... the reissue in white or black color... if you have built the blue molded version then its the original one

Just to clarify for everyone , the Dark Blue plastic is the 2018 reissue . The original Baja Humbug was molded in a brighter Blue Metalflake , pictured on the right .

Thanks for clearing up.. I had thought it was white... but glad you bring it up. I went in to check my stash and I do have a new one and saw the color.. oh may here goes my ole brain
