Looked out my window and saw this big boy lumbering around my yard. Didn't disturb anything other then drank my bird bath dry... lol!!! I found one partial print this morning where the bear went up the hill in a semi soft area... it measured 6" wide... couldn't get the length as the front of the foot was on a rock... guessing around 8" to 9"... Judging his height while on all 4 feet as he walked right by my pickup, he was 40" tall, just over 3'... So probably 6 to 7' if it stood up...

On our TV news recently a lady was in the outside loo, and a large paw came through the hole in the door! She was terrified but said and did nothing and it wandered off! I think it was in Alaska, where we were a few years ago!
