Thanks very much guys, appreciate the nice comments. Got the body sprayed yesterday with a custom mix of Tamiya. I'm also thinking it might look cool with a black racing stripe down the middle too. Thanks for looking!  |

Yes ! It would look great with a black stripe ! But make it a double Cobra style stripe with pinstripes .  |

Thanks Bob, I was thinking the same thing. I had plans on painting the stripes on put decided to use the stripes from a 69 Camaro kit instead. Here's a couple of mock up shots.   |

Had a lot of fun creating this one! Instead of using the resin wheels that I made I decided to use the wheels and parts from a glue bomb Deals wheels camaro. The chassis needed to be modified a little so that the wheels would line up. The figure was cleaned up the best I could and repainted and the tires letters were done with a gel pen and semi glossed. Thanks so much for the nice comments guys I really appreciate it. More pics in the finished section.  |
