Wild stuff Chuck! love the Blue. My wife really likes the Beetle also. Man, you need to go ride and clear your head....LOL ps: I finally mounted my new tires and installed new brakes and service. (that was a workout...LOL) Hope to ride this weekend,(to clear my head) but now we're in the middle of Monsoon. Maybe now I can get back to modeling. I've got three Car-toon models on the bench. Check out my new rotors and Metzelers. (sorry bout the hi jack)   Jim |

Those are some really nice brake components .. and I agree we are In peak summer and what do I do (?) .. tear my tins off to repaint them .. nothing wrong with what I had but it was on my bucket list to paint a bike so this happened 🤣 .. stripped completed , acid primer sealer then build primer followed by guidecoat and wetsanding primer.. paint coming as soon as the humidity and temps drop just a bit .. I need about a 24-48 hour window .         |

OK, so I guess you won't be riding today...LOL
Of course I'm not sure, I'll be able to either, since we just had a hail storm here.
I have had paint shops most of my life, painted countless number of Motorcycles, but never my own.
The ones that needed paint, I was to busy with others. And my 05 I've had since 04 , the paint still looks new.
(it has never spent a night outside) when I would travel, I would only visit friends with garages, LOL
Keep us informed on the progress, I know it will look great.
Funny thing, here the humidity is keeping me from resin casting.
Guess we should let this post get back to models, any further 1:1, I'll post in "Other Interests"

Not quite sure what I was expecting to see when I clicked this but it certainly wasnt THAT!
That is the wildest creation going. And yet I have a feeling that as I peruse this board I am going to find equally crazy rods and monsters of all sorts.
Just crazy cool.
