A member over at MCM got a factory case of these and was using them as trade fodder. He must have gotten it cheap because our trade ( No selling on MCM forums) was for a set of decals. Not even a hard to get set. A few members stepped up and got theirs and the rest (12 to a case?) went up on Fleabay.
Wheelie bar fell off when I grabbed it off the shelf. That great old MPC chrome is slowly disintegrating over time as you can see the red plastic under it. Once I sell this house and get settled into my new place all my shelf models are getting the once over before they get displayed. The paint is Lizard skin from NAPA. People would order special paint in spray cans and never come back for them. I get them at a substantially reduced price. The kit is OOB.
