Ferd Phony

Figured I’d knock the Ferd Phony out while
I was doing the Deals Wheels Super Spurt
Funnycar … going with the Hertz ready a car paint scheme black with gold stripes .. body prepped , primed , gold base coat and intercoat clear on today .. went with a gold frame like the Super Sourt which really popped with the Kandy blue .. I think the gold chassis will tie in nicely with the gold stripes and black paint .. we shall see !!

Thats the inca gold paint you re using? looks like it was one of the color option back in the days.

maybe an additional spoiler would look good in black paint

I just happen to have a piece a friend made me for the front.. it’s Solar Gold from House of Kolor very close to the Inca gold .. 😬

Today was paint day .. House of Kolors Solar Gold followed by intercoat clear for a smooth tape surface for stripe tape. House of Kolors Jet Black is the top coat .. things will get cleared as soon as this flashes ..
