I guess this belongs here since it is a toon for all intents and purposes.

I have been involved with army painting for clients and like all who attempt this endeavor I burned out. It was fun. Made a few bucks, but ultimately that sort of business is for others.

Now I am back and building for myself which means much happiness and rejoicing. If you are NOT having fun then I truly don't see the reason for doing it. As much as a hobby is concerned that is.

So I bought the set of these off eBay and this is completion numero uno. As you all know with these kits, there are lots on seams and boogers to sand smooth. As usual I attack them and make them disappear for the most part. If there is a rough edge here or there so be it. I am having Fun Damnit!

I will add a few more pics later on but took this one on the shelf to get the ball rolling. It is good to be back.

These kits require a ton of work to get them prepped and with your paint work you nailed it ! Please do post more pics when you can .

Like how so much action is crammed on the little dance floor, great brush work. "Painting for clients", been there done that. When a hobby becomes a job......careful. Have done the set of "Frantics" myself, makes a nice diorama, wish more fun figures like these would be created for us to enjoy.
