My junior mint Saturdays were spent glued to the TV until the cartoons gave way to American Bandstand or Soul Train. A favorite was the Road Runner show. So, thanks to Round 2, I got to re-capture the simple pleasure of watching Wile. E. Coyote continue his relentless pursuit of a nice Road Runner feast, futile attempts as they were! The Willys was painted in Testor's One Coat Lacquer Lime Ice, and the BeepBeep T in Fiery Orange. Decals are vinyl sticker type. Looks like the Willys received some talon scars on the intake BeepBeep T steering column was slightly lowered. Nice figures, tho!

These look great !!.. I was blind-sided and bought original's just before these came out.. I'll see if I can find a picture and post it as well .. I had to paint my figures which turned out "ok" but if I had them to do over I'd change the shadows and blend them better .. Great work buddy !!.. love the colors!! ..

I love those new Testors paints ! both of your builds came out great, really clean builds .As much as I've watched those cartoons (and still do, on DVD) you'd think I would have these already !

Too cool builds, those rear mags remind me of American Racing production wheels. Great photos of both, watch out for falling anvils !! Cheers Eh!
