First time for me on one of these. Did a little body work to fill gaps etc. Went with a standard white automotive paint but finished that off with a clear coat with sparkle fleck in the mixture, hope you can see it in these photos... turned out quite nice. Gerry G

See it in the photos ?? ... hell yes ! .. it sparkles like a the stars at night ! ... so Gerry ,,, just how do YOU paint those letter so darned straight pal ? .. the redlines look great against the white pearl too .. nice work..

Chuck, those white letters, for me at least, require two things; lots of magnification and patience. I use a very small "spot" type brush for acrylics and Tamiya flat white. Now little screw ups are bound to happen but, if you wait a couple of minutes for the paint to become semi dry, these little over paints or brush stroke errors can be chipped off with a sharp toothpick, right up to the edge of the letters.
