Hi CHUCK!! Carrestorer72 here from TEXAS!! Great site !! I have been building kits since the 70's (still got my first kits)!!! Stopped while serving in the MARINES , but still had my lil' 1941 Willy's truck model in HAWAII -while booz---, I mean -serving this "GREAT COUNTRY!!!" I restore old busted models!! Hence CARRESTORER- HE-HE!! My wife got me building again--- after 5 months of marriage she was nagging me TO DEATH!! So I started building again (GREAT STRESS RELEIVER) !! HA-HA!! TRUE STORY!! I am glad t be here and THANKS CHUCK for the great site!!!  |

Howdy Chuck ,show us some of those restored kits ! I've been restoring old kits now for a few years, mainly because I'm too cheap to buy a vintage mint kit , but as it turned out I enjoy rebuilding them more than putting together an unbuilt one
