This is part of my collection of Tom Daniel's Screamin' Vettes . The yellow one is my original that I bought back around '73 , looking just the way I unpacked it . I didn't even dust it off before taking these photos ! The other two I've picked up in the last year or so to customize . I like these since they have the biggest and best looking rear tires of any of the snappers .     |

I think the only other colors would have been red and orange , like Monograms other snap kits. I always like the green plastic they used ; maybe thats why I bought my Duster- its the same color !  |

i notice the yellow one has different wrinkles in the rear tires than the others.

i notice the yellow one has different wrinkles in the rear tires than the others. I had to look twice at the photos to make sure . . . it's just the lighting or the angle of the photos that make them look different . Here's all three for comparison . You had me wonderin' there for a second !   |

that's my bad...musta been the angle cuz this last pic you posted shows it identical. i originally asked because i was looking for reference pix for the rear tires on my knarf-toon when i noticed. so far these have been closest to what i had in mind...hope you don't mind i use them?

Also available in two other White boxes with subtle differences....   The earliest releases had Green glass, then Smoked glass, and the last releases had Clear glass. |
