here's a couple update shots for your viewing pleasure decided i didn't like the shape the front end was taking so i did this and ended up with this when i promptly dropped it but i glued it back together with the superglue n baking soda trick and this is where we're at now and started on some rear springs. i'm using some metal roof flashing i picked somewhere, because i'm intending for this to balance on the rear tires enjoy

got a little more done on this one. got some spring perches on the rearend(which is from a monogram monster truck) made some rear springs added some details to the blower and have gotten enough putty/sanding don for this to actually start to look like a t-bird again enjoy

got just a couple pix tonite, been doin lots and lots of work to the body in order to re-aquire some semblance of symmetry. i've learned that i need to make better measurements and more careful cuts next time because there's ALOT of superglue and baking soda in this one started on some front tires in the "Trosley" style. enjoy

ok fellers, got some update pix for your viewing pleasure, been making some s l o w progress and jumping between different areas of the build. as yet still undecided on paint and still no brave souls willing to drive. started on a representation of an oil pan and the finished piece where it will go want to somewhat replicate this front suspension, it's the kit piece from the bodies i'm using started on the crossmember and the finished piece where it will go and started on some front rims here's a front tire w/rim inserted enjoy

thank you Sir here's a couple of updates on this...made a driver's seat found a sucker to pilot this beast and started fitting him to his seat i had all sorts of issues with the plan for my front suspension so i opted for simplicity and made a straight axle for those who might be curious about the scale of this, the guy is 1/25 and the girl is 1/24 here's the driver posed beside before i hacked him up to fit the seat and proper piloting position and a mock-up of what i'm shooting for as far as stance enjoy
