Hello, fellow Marvel Mayhem Maniacs!
I don't usually pick up comic book/superhero figures, but I needed to add a couple of bucks to a recent Amazon purchase to qualify for free shipping.
So, for $9 bucks, I had to grab this snap version of Spiderman from MPC/Round2.
Even tho it's a snap kit, I did gluing and some seam filling. It comes molded in bright red and a kind of sky blue plastic. I couldn't leave those alone either.
He got some washes to bring out the web line markings, and some antiquing to add character to the muscle definition.
It comes with a base upon which it nicely balances, but it's also posed to be mounted on a wall....
I admit, I didn't spend enough time to give it a master builder's touch (and I definitely wouldn't classify myself that way), but it was a fun quick build.
