I thought it did . The one I restored didnt have any, but it had a ton of glue marks where they would have been .It wasnt fun trying to sand all those out without destoying the tailgate !

If they cleaned up the molds , maybe they chose the '57 chrome tree so they could reissue that kit too ? Would save them some money and most people ( like me ) wouldn't know the difference !

Yeah Chuck, You are right about GMS Customs, in the past I would see something listed, and wait a couple days and the price dropped, then I would order it. On many items they were the lowest priced, and I turned over every stone. Lately I noticed they haven't been doing that. They were very late getting on board with the "Fruitwagons", so I got impatient and ordered one elsewhere for $27.99 free shipping. and now GMS has them for $26.95 free shipping, (I'm sure someone will come on and know of them cheaper someplace else) My LHS is less than 5 min. from my house they sell everything below list, but they seem to be very slow at getting new releases. They told me when they get "Fruitwagons" they will be $22.99 + tax, of course they have been promising them for three weeks. I almost bought an empty box 20 years ago at a Hobby Swap meet for $25 accidentally and the vendor never mentioned it was a box with empty sprue in it. I ordered my "Go-Mad" from GMS on Fri the 27th (mid morning) and got it Monday the 30th. (that's from Penn. to Arizona) ($24.95 free shipping)
Where modelers shop is as varied as the models they build, the bottom line is we're all getting "Go-Mads" at "Builder" prices. I Love re-releases!
Your Friend Jim

Very good to see this one come back! Speaking of seeing good fun stuff come back ... I just noticed that, after a long hiatus, Tres Wright's "Deal's Wheels" web site has had a few recent updates done to it! (Including mentioning that this kit was being re-released.) treswright.vervehosting.com/
