Just started this from a sealed kit that I have had laying around forever. Pretty near 1/8 scale. At least the rear tires are. Goes perfect with weird-oh figures. Got the wood painted but now comes all the rest. Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted |

I am going to build mine box stock also as it looks cool enough as is. I have a VaVa Vette that will have to be built next so it will have some company.

Hey Ira - I hope to have the woodie finished for the NNL and I will bring it to the first meeting after I finish it so you can see it then. I think it is a really nice kit so far.

Added some rust wash to the lug nuts and found the anchor horn button which is the smallest thing on this kit - looked like a blob on the sprue and I almost threw it away. Those are what I call Bigs and Littles! Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted |

Put the black in the hood vents and did some small details. Look! The oil pan has a zipper on it so I touched that up a bit so you could see it. Look at all that dust! Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted |

Been working on this all morning and just finished it. Tinted the headlights a real light blue and painted the glass on the motometer. Hot Shot is standing next to it for scale. Might add a bit of weathering to places then I will take some better pix. Very cool toned car. Guess the Va Va Vette is next? Attachment Deleted |
