You can post pictures directly from your computer by clicking on the "ADD ATTACHMENT" in the upper right corner of your post , then click on "+ADD FILES" . This is limited and your photo will appear in a smaller size than normal , and should be used only temporarily until you open a photo sharing account like Photobucket .
