Just a reminder that pictures will be posted and you can begin voting for the "Grand Prize" winner on Sunday morning .I had a whole big shpeel planned but let's just get to it ! The final vote count was 138 votes by 23 members , thank you guys very much . It was really close all week , in fact there were two ties right up until some last minute votes were cast last night . It was really nerve wracking waiting till the end !  In the Stock Class the winners are :

A huge congrats to all the winners ... What an awesome turnout!!! After seeing all the entry's it was going to be a tough contest as the bar was set high by all competitors!! I can't tell you guys how pleased I am at the level of professionalism that has been conducted on all the posts and staying "on topic" .. and I'm very thankful that all this talent found it's way to the Car-toon board.. now.. I know MANY of you build various subject matter and that's cool ... HOWEVER ... A NEW THREAD WILL BE POSTED REGARDING OUR NEXT CONTEST.. but we want everybody to catch their breath from the last building marathon...lol... Another BIG thank you goes out to Bob (tooold) and Ira for which this last contest would have not been possible without their talents and wisdom. .. KUDOS TO EVERYONE ..!!

If all of the winners will check their email I've sent you a little bonus , a PDF copy suitable for framing ! If you have a problem opening a PDF let me know . How about some numbers for future trivia ? 1 - We had 32 models entered in the Stock and Open categories . 2 - If we add the Early Birds to that the total is 65 models !3 - 22 of our members entered at least one model in the contest . These are amazing numbers considering the size of our little corner of the modeling world ! I'm glad to hear that all of you had as much fun as I did ! |

When I checked the e mail, I realized I am getting the prize and I am shocked to be announced a winner... I want to thank you all for your wonderful support and enthusiasm. I will definitely continue my enjoyment with this hobby. Of course I will use these prizes and try them up for a contest in the near future.
Again thank you all for your support!!!

Thank you, everyone. I really like building the car-toons models. I have to blame Ira for that. And thank you Bob for the headlights or I wouldn't have got the Crusty Van Man done. Can't wait to get started on another.
