That looks like that is based on the AMT Va Va Vette. Is it large scale? Attachment Deleted

Yes its a modern take on the Va Va Vette. Even the name Ba Ba Bank! Not sure of the scale since its cartoonised but its said to be 1/12. Im really hoping its similar in scale to the Dave Deal Riverside I have (yet to build). These will look great together. Love these cartoony multi media resin metal kits. I think some inspiration came from this maybe?

I have always like that concept because the original version is a little out of hand with the tiger like design and with eyes and teeth... kind of ruins the excitement of the model car. Until someone created that new version and came out in Scale Auto.. I was in awe with the idea how it was converted and came out very beautiful and creative car. I have two kits of that and am waiting for the right time to do that. I like trying something different with that

Hey Scott I built one of my Riverside Cheetah kits ... You'll find the lettering for the wheels to be upside down and backwards ... I had this "corrected" for mine with the lettering running the RIGHT way. However it may have purposely done to add a backward cartoon effect (?)

Oh yeah? I didnt get to buy one, would like one, and I did noticed the lettering inverted. I think they had assumed we would just wet it and applying it the opposite way facing on the wheel. I like this design really very much. I had wished the company be sensible to follow the appearance such as this cheetah. I read somewhere they are trying to make the design their own using other s work. And I had figured why they make most of kits with protruding wheels, showing out. This is why I reduced to a narrow and snug them under on my previous kit, the surfin nomad. These result looks better comparing to the original one so. I do understand why now.
