If my 7 year old daughter holds the paint can and pushes the nozzle and I hold the model parts and turn them in the spray ,is that cheating? She wanted to put a model in the show we are going to on Sunday ,and she wanted to paint it blue .

I couldn't agree more . I think you should be applauded for the way you've helped her get involved in building her model , and actually getting her hands dirty while painting was genius . I bet she loved every minute of it !!!

My daughter has special needs and . . . well she builds also and comes to a model club I belong to. (NO not toons and showrods - but planes and ships mostly - but they are getting use to me and my unique builds) But my daughter brings in her builds and has to talk about them in front of 20 old guys like her dad!
