Just a tip, for those who don't already know about products called "flow improvers" and/or "drying-time extenders" for use with certain acrylic paints. Certain acrylic paints want only their own specifically-blended reducers or thinners (such as Tamiya's brand of glass-bottled acrylics) ... but for those acrylic paints that only call for ordinary water as a thinning agent, you may want to know that there are products you can use either with water, or instead of water, that alter how those acrylic paints work. One of my favorites is a blend of 50% distilled water; 25% flow improver; and 25% drying time extender. A small company called "Miniature Giant" makes it. They publish their exact formula, if you want to make your own.
